Kitty: URGENT!!Change in TBS Graphic Layout

Hey Evie and the text team,
As we set the layout before that our print-out version is going to be like a book, each page is about 20cm*20cm, print out from a4 format and print in both sides. As our time is limited and also our money, I foresee the following problems :

1. To print out both side of the paper, we need the spacial think paper, which is expensive.

2. To print out both side of the paper, if we do it by ourselves(home-made graphic studio style)
that will cause confusion when we print 2thside, as the printer we will use is the normal one,
which means the boundary between left and right sides are not the same, and we then have to calculate and re-save everything over...!

3. To do it like a real booklet, the cost of book binding is EXPENSIVE! and we got to find the right place that means TIME!

From my experience, I will suggest we use my A3 printer, give me each of u a few quid if u like , and print out only one side, make it neat and clean and we can have any size we want within A3 space.

My question!!??: Do we really need to print this out? if we do how we gonna hand in to Susan?

Anyway I am fine with either way, just want a clarity so I could use the right graphic software, as we don't need indesign for non-publish thing. Sorry if I think to much, my head thinks in visual!

Kitty: Problem occur on VALUE Chapter!!!!

Good Evening Edit team,Could u please sort this out for me:
in Value chapter, sounds like we just copy and paste from
the body shop web, here is the original in our word file-

Our value
We believe there is only one way to beautiful, nature’s way. We’ve believed this for years and still do. We constantly seek out wonderful natural ingredients from all four corners of the globe, and we bring you products bursting with effectiveness to enhance your natural beauty. Whilst we’re doing this we always strive to protect this beautiful planet and the people who depend on it. We don’t do it this way because it’s fashionable. We do it because, to us, it’s the only way.
The Soul of Beauty-
To us, beauty is a feeling, a natural way of being, where character, self-esteem and humor are freely expressed and celebrated. That’s the soul of beauty. It’s not just about looking beautiful. It’s about exuding a vibrant attitude to life.
Our commitment to seeking and sustaining natural materials and ingredients, and using all our planet’s resources wisely, guides our approach to business. We set challenging environmental targets, which we detail in our bi-annual Values Reports. We were one of the first to make a stand against animal testing in the cosmetics industry, and through The Body Shop Foundation, we continue to fund organizations campaigning to end the needless suffering of animals.
The Community of People. People are at the heart and soul of our business. We strive to treat all people in a fair and open fashion, to respect and value their integrity. We’ve never been afraid to champion the vulnerable and the disadvantaged, and we continue to campaign for social justice and human rights. We take enormous pride in our Community Trade program, not just because we were the first to bring fair trade to our industry, but because of the real difference it makes to the lives of the farmers, producers and their communities.

I personally think it is way too long and repeat itself over and over, not get to the point.
I have tried to fix it, this is my version of Value chapter:

Nature
Nature’s way of beauty: Natural ingredient and harmful process
Good Attitude
Beauty is the attitude, not only the look
Community
Community of people in the business

Please get back to me. Tell me what do you think and your suggestion ASAP so I can finish the chapter..

Thanks a lot

Kitty
